Executive Director Robert J. Hibner and Director of Operations Karen Heckman of Community Sports and Therapy Center (CSTC) are pleased to announce leadership promotions within the Occupational Therapy program.
Occupational Therapist Kylene Tobin will be promoted to the Director of Occupational Therapy for CSTC. In her new role, Kylene will oversee the daily operations of the Occupational Therapy program for inpatient, outpatient and home health settings.
Occupational Therapist Scott Gels has been assigned to the newly created position of Director of Employer Services. In this new role, Scott will be developing industrial on-site programs with employers to promote worker health and wellness initiatives.
Occupational Therapist Mindy Muhlenkamp will remain the Director of Pediatric Occupational Therapy which oversees the Pediatric Occupational Therapy provided in local schools and in CSTC’s Celina outpatient clinic at the Galleria.
CSTC’s Occupational Therapy department continues to grow and consists of twenty-three therapy professionals, including Occupational Therapists and Certified Occupational Therapist Assistants.
